The best way to get an immediate response is to call and speak with a Rainforest representative. However we do advise that you EMAIL us of any inquiry you should have. With so much incoming calls, we really like email inquiries and even orders where accurate spelling of names, specific wording and words can be better understood than a verbal order can achieve.  With the varying quality of so many cell phone carriers it can be misinterpreted what we hear versus what was actually said.  But if you need to call us, please do so. Should you get a voice mail greeting after the first ring, this means that all lines are currently in use and we suggest that you either leave a message or call back as your urgent message may be heard after previous voice messages, some can be rather lengthy or we may need to listen to it repeatedly  so this requires time before we get to your message. This is why an EMAIL is really the best way to get a hold of us or for us to see your message/inquiry. Our voice mail set up is one where we can simultaneously record three voice mail messages at once and you should never get a “busy” signal. If the line is currently in use, a voice mail greeting will come on after the first ring. If you expect a return call, we urge you to leave a complete message leaving your name, phone number and a brief message (whether it is for an order, a request or even an inquiry) and we will get back to you in the order that the messages are left. If you do not receive a call back, you may try calling again until you reach a contact person at the store. We have been known to get calls repeatedly, especially during a flower holiday or special event time.  EMAILING will get a faster response as we can often read better than try to understand what the caller is saying by way of voicemail. And if you have a poor service carrier, we may not be able to understand your message and which we will never return your call. EMAIL IS BEST!!!

IF YOU NEED TO SEE  A DESIGNER OR WANT INFORMATION FOR AN UPCOMING WEDDING, PROM ORDER, WHAT EVER. IT IS ADVISED AND RECOMMENDED THAT YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.   We are always working on orders, involved in some timely event and may not be able to speak with you directly if you were to drop in. Just think if we are doing your event, you definitely wouldn’t us to stop and talk with someone else when we are doing your order.

We do not have a person to see you when you come in unannounced. Every staff is involved with a project.  Not every staff member can assist you in your inquiries. Some days we just DO NOT SEE ANY APPOINTMENTS. Yes, there is a good time and a band time to see a designer. Best way to find out is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Pre-Orders for Pick-Up  ADVISED   call ahead: 808.738.0999

You may order by phone for pick up requests for same day. But please allow sufficient time for us to make these for you.   Please note that these pre-orders are for arrangements and never for loose cut flowers. Cut flowers are sold on a first come first served basis.  While we do carry many lesser values of arrangements, plants, etc. we suggest that you stop by and make your own selection. This is why it is important to have the store number on your cell phone so you can call in, run in and get ready to go to your next errand or destination. Stop in early for best selection, arrangements less than the $100 minimum requirement for an order  are made on a first come first served basis. $ 100 minimum for a write up order & up, otherwise stop in early for best selection.

Refund Policy:

We do offer a refund for the flower/flower arrangement if they are returned to us within a 24 hour period. The flower/flower arrangement cannot be altered or cut in a way that has been different than the way it was received. Charges for delivery, special handling and other costs incurred by us to process this order cannot be refunded.

Like all other businesses; Amazon, Macy’s, Safeway, etc. The product must be returned in it’s original form for a credit to be processed. Credit can only be done back on the form of payment that was used to pay for the item. We cannot refund in cash and if a check was paid, a check refund will be issued by the next business day. Check will need to be picked up in person or sent by Certified Mail by either providing a self-addressed Certified mail envelope to us.

No refunds are allowed on items NOT RETURNED within the 24 hour grace period. Customer cannot keep the item AND receive a credit-refund. No exceptions.

This is a standard arbitrary agreement of sale for most businesses and we follow this code of business ethics.

Information regarding charities and donations

We have a special criteria list that charities must qualify before requesting any form of donations or gifts from Rainforest. Please email  the general email and we will redirect your inquiry. Please provide as much detail and importantly the date for the event or request.
